Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on iOS in Belgium Q2 2022

During the second quarter of 2022, the top five theme park apps on the iOS platform in Belgium showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 1.8K in early April and dipping to approximately 837 at the end of the month. The app's active users followed a similar pattern, with a high of 3K in early April and a low of 1.9K by the end of the quarter.

My Disney Experience had modest weekly downloads, mostly under 100, until a significant spike to 4.7K in the week of June 20. Active users mirrored this trend, reaching nearly 3K in the same week. Revenue showed a peak of around $83 in mid-April, tapering off to around $1 by the end of June.

Phantasialand experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, starting from 48 in late March and peaking at 793 in mid-June. Active users increased in parallel, peaking at 801 in mid-June. This app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Europa-Park & Rulantica exhibited a consistent increase in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of 366 in late May. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 316 in the same week. The app did not generate any revenue during the quarter.

Disneyland® maintained a low but steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 56 and 117 throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 130 to 150 each week. This app also did not generate any revenue during the period.
